Student Shared Authorship Program (SAP)

NOTES:

• The papers accepted under this program are all SCOPUS-INDEXED and to be published in AIP or MDPI proceedings. 

• Not all camera-ready versions may be accepted, depending on the quality of the paper, fit and scope, organization, formatting, etc. 

• This program is NOT attractive for papers sponsored by university/industry departments. This program is primarily for self-funded students coming together to work with students from the same or other departments, universities, etc. 

• This program enables students/faculty to be co-authors on a paper by sharing the registration cost among participants who self-nominate themselves to work on the chosen project. 

• In case a faculty member is a co-author, an additional $75 will apply to the standard registration fee for the paper. 

• Faculty members in the "presentation-only" submissions are NOT encouraged. 

• The above rate is applicable for both in-person and online attendance

• A $10 processing fee applies to all registration invoices for a group. 

• Only a bank transfer for registration is allowed. Credit card payments are NOT accepted.
