Student Shared Authorship Program (SAP)

NOTES:

• The papers accepted under this program are all SCOPUS-INDEXED and to be published in AIP or MDPI proceedings. 

• This program is NOT attractive for papers sponsored by university/industry departments. This is only for self-funded students coming together to work with students from the same or other departments, universities, etc. 

• This program enables students/faculty to be co-authors for a paper by sharing the registration cost amongst the participants who self-nominated themselves to work on the chosen project. 

• The publication fee per Scopus-indexed paper is $100 and could be split amongst the co-authors. This is separate from the $50 registration fee per person for conference attendance. 

• In case of a non-Scopus publication with a DOI and appropriate indexing, the $100 publication fee will be waived. 

• A minimum of 5 papers is required from a specific network/university for the above schema to be applicable. 

• The above rate is applicable for both in-person and online attendance. 

• Participants from specific networks, such as the Philippines, Indonesia, India, etc., may choose to opt for the non-Scopus publication with a joint student team presentation for the summer SSRAAI conference with virtual attendance and a flat rate of $175, irrespective of the number of participants in a team presentation. However, all members in the presentation team must be students.
