The ETLTC (Emerging Technologies Learning and Training Consortium) offers corporate sponsors an excellent opportunity to promote their brands, services, and innovations through our globally recognized annual conference series. As a sponsor, your company will gain visibility among leading academic, industry, and research communities. We offer three categories of sponsorship: Gold, Silver, and Bronze, tailored to provide the perfect platform for your business.

Gold Sponsorship Package - $5000

The Gold Sponsorship provides maximum exposure for your brand across all ETLTC annual conference series events. This exclusive package includes:

• On-Site Participation: Up to 3-5 representatives from your company can attend any or all conferences in the series, providing excellent networking and exposure opportunities.

• Website Advertising: Your company's logo and advertisement will be featured on the ETLTC homepage and all relevant conference pages for the entire series.

• Video Commercial: A video commercial showcasing your brand will be played during breaks at all conferences in the series on-site.

• Conference Book Advertisement: A full-page advertisement for your company will be included in the conference book distributed to all attendees.

• Conference Bag: All conference attendees will receive a bag branded with your company’s logo, ensuring long-term visibility.

• A0 Poster Display: A large A0 size company poster will be prominently displayed at the registration desk at every conference.

Silver Sponsorship Package - $4000

The Silver Sponsorship offers extensive brand visibility at a more affordable rate, ideal for companies seeking strong exposure. This package includes:

• On-Site Participation: 1 representative from your company can attend any two conferences in the series on-site.

• Website Advertising: Your company's logo will be displayed on the ETLTC homepage and all relevant conference pages for the duration of the series.

• Video Commercial: A video commercial of your company will be played during conference breaks at any two conferences in the series.

• Conference Book Advertisement: A full-page advertisement for your company in the conference book distributed to all attendees at any two conferences in the series.

• A0 Poster Display: A large A0 size company poster will be displayed at the registration desk at any two conferences in the series.

Bronze Sponsorship Package - $2500

The Bronze Sponsorship offers essential exposure for companies seeking a cost-effective way to participate. This package includes:

• On-Site Participation: 1 representative from your company can attend only one of the conferences in the series on-site.

• Website Advertising: Your company’s logo will be displayed on the ETLTC homepage and conference-related pages for any two conferences in the series.

• Conference Book Advertisement: A half-page advertisement for your company will be included in the conference book distributed to all attendees.

Important Sponsorship Deadlines

To ensure the smooth execution of all promised benefits under each sponsorship category, corporate sponsorship decisions must be made in advance:

• Gold Sponsors: Must confirm their sponsorship by the end of November of the year before the start of the conference series (which begins in late January). This allows the conference committee sufficient time to arrange on-site participation and ensure the proper branding and advertising arrangements are in place for the entire series.

• Silver & Bronze Sponsors: Must finalize their sponsorship at least one month before the scheduled date of the conference in which they intend to participate. This ensures adequate time for preparation and inclusion in all conference materials.

Failure to meet these deadlines may result in a forfeiture of certain sponsorship benefits due to preparation constraints.

Payment Method

• Wire Transfer: Sponsorship payments must be made via wire transfer to the official conference bank account in the USA. Wire transfer details will be provided upon confirmation of sponsorship.

• Credit Card Payments: If paying by credit card, an additional 6% service fee will be applied to the total sponsorship amount.

For a smoother registration process, we recommend discussing payment arrangements and any special requirements with the conference chair in advance to ensure all arrangements are made seamlessly.
