ETLTC (Emerging Technologies for Learning, Teaching & Communication) offers three distinct partnership models to engage with institutions, universities, and organizations through its conferences. Each model offers a unique set of benefits tailored to the nature of collaboration.
This partnership involves shared responsibilities in organizing and hosting a conference. The conference can be hosted solely by ETLTC, by the partner university, or co-hosted by both.
Benefits & Responsibilities:
π€ Joint Hosting: ETLTC and the partner institution collaboratively organize the conference. Either party may serve as the primary host.
π Publication Management: ETLTC will handle the publication of the conference proceedings, typically in Scopus-indexed series or equivalent.
π° Negotiated Publication Fee: If the partner university is the major host, a significantly reduced publication fee (much lower than the standard registration fee) will be arranged.
π Parallel Hosting Option: The partner may concurrently host a localized version of the conference at their own venue alongside the annual ETLTC Winter Conference.
π Full Collaboration: Includes academic program coordination, speaker recommendations, and promotion.
This model is ideal for institutions organizing their own conferences but seeking a professional, reputable platform to publish their proceedings.
Benefits & Responsibilities:
π Independent Conference Management: The partner institution organizes the entire conference independently.
π Proceedings Publication Only: ETLTC will manage the exclusive publication of the conference proceedings with AIP and MDPI publishers.
πΌ Custom Pricing: A negotiated publication fee, lower than the standard registration cost, will be established based on volume and scope.
π· Indexing Support: Proceedings are eligible for publication in recognized academic databases, including Scopus, depending on the agreement.
This model is suited for organizations seeking visibility and academic engagement without taking on organizational or publication responsibilities.
Benefits & Responsibilities:
β
Brand Visibility: Use of the ETLTC logo on the conference website, program booklets, posters, and proceedings as a recognized Technical Sponsor.
π Annual Subscription: Sponsorship is based on a yearly subscription model.
π Content Submission Rights: Up to 10 articles or posters may be submitted annually for the ACM Book of Abstracts and Posters (with ISSN), published by ETLTC.
π Participation in the student-only shared authorship program by waiving the publication fee.
π Academic Affiliation: Gain recognition and affiliation with an international network of researchers and educators.
