Message from Nusa Putra University, Indonesia
Nusa Putra University (NPU) hosts an annual program known as the Nusa Putra Global Conference (NPGC). Established in 2015, the NPGC has consistently been held outside of Indonesia to create a unique experience compared to other conferences in the country.
The NPGC encompasses six conferences:
1. International Conference on Education, Humanities, and Social Science
2. International Conference on Consumer Technology and Engineering Innovation
3. International Conference on Information Technology and Advanced Computer Science
4. International Conference on Economics, Management, and Accounting
5. International Conference on Law, Public Policy, and Human Rights
6. International Conference and Exhibition of Visual Communication Design
Each conference reflects NPU’s academic programs and is managed by the respective departments. Typically, these conferences are held concurrently over 3-6 days each year.
In 2025, NPU plans to host the NPGC in Australia and Japan. Tentative dates are April 7-12 in Japan and July 14-19 in Australia. While discussions with the University of Western Australia (UWA) indicated potential collaboration in 2026, we are currently exploring a partnership with Curtin University for the 2025 event.
Our proposed strategy is to invite our Australian and Japanese partners. For instance, we plan to offer the opportunity for the Australian partner to participate in the Japan conference and vice versa. Generally, we bring 75-100 participants from Indonesia, in addition to attendees from other countries, to each conference.
ETLTC is the publication partner for the above series of conferences and will assist with global partnerships and collaborations.
